Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Blue screen error (stop code:whea uncorrectable error) I can't log in my pc. I also can't go to safe mode when I restart.I have done clean Installation but the error still shows.Pls help me solve the problem.

Makes sure memory and disk drive pass diagnostics

 

Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.  If disk does not pass then get an SSD replacement.

If no diagnostics then get it here https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp149501-150000/sp149563.exe

 

Go here and put in your full product ID and see if there is cloud recovery.  If so, then you will need a 32gb flash USB.

Did you install windows 10 home using USB?

Put the USB back in and reboot but bring up safe mode

Once in safe mode, run the intel chiipset installer
