I noticed my laptop now cannot be updated since the last pending download update in 17/12/2018.

Now, how can i update my system?

Looks like the update part was broken?

Here i put a picture of the pending download.

@WexyMaxy

If you follow these instructions to reset Windows Udpate, when you then reboot, it should start searching for updates again:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie/help/971058/how-do-i-reset-windows-update-components

Good Luck

Wow!

Really scary when i read the instructions.... what if i overlook and do some mistakes. Maybe all things will be in trouble?

Actually i am scared to use command prompt because all page in black and the sentences that come out all in symbols and got some weird words...

But i tried this one : Troubleshoot windows update

And the result is :

Hi Wexy,

The quickest method to find if you have hidden pending updates is to run the Updates Troubleshooter.

Go to your desktop, select Settings/Windows Update & Security/Troubleshoot/Windows Update, and then click on "Run the Troubleshooter" that opens when you click on that last step.

When complete, restart to see if the problem is resolved. Try installing the updates again.

 In case you have oter problem like stuck on preparing automatic repair during startup, check out this article for reference.
