This post has been treated unfairly....
This post affects me as well. If you have a Windows 11 build 23H2 it is NOT LISTED on the HP SUPPORT PAGE as which in the footnote there it states if it is not listed, then HP does not support it for updating drivers. It is a lot strange because Build 22H2 and 24H2 are supported, and 24H2 is the Developer build that requires new hardware and is essentially Windows 12. So the most recent Windows 11 Build, 23H2, which should be on nearly every PC now that was built before June of this year, is not supported by HP.
And yet, when members make a post about it, HP locks it down, accepting no replies and not giving any answers or fixing the problem. That post has thousands of views and "me toos" and no replies allowed or answers given. I think that is a problem. Can someone at HP explain this practice? I have seen it before on other topics as well, but this one really bugs me because suddenly I have to resort to non HP sites for driver updates. It is not cool.
Call me crazy for complaining,,,,,

Why would you need my serial number to address an issue on your website where drivers are not supported for the most recent windows OS build? It just seems like you intentionally ignoring the issue. I don't understand that at all
