Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

The printer did an update ever since then no WIFI connection. Even in the menu setting no network setup available.

If hit the WIFI icon it says the feature has been disabled contact setup person.

Previously to the update it was all working fine.

I have done online searches can't find any help.
