Oops, that's an error in the storage, that's why the startup is corrupt.
Replace HDD/SSD, then reinstall Windows.

The error message "file: \\EFI\\Microsoft|Boot|BCD status: 0xc000014c info: the boot configuration data for your pc is missing or contains errors" indicates a problem with your Windows boot configuration, likely due to a corrupted or missing BCD file. To fix this, you'll need to use recovery tools and potentially reinstall Windows.
Causes:
This error can occur due to various reasons, including:
Corrupted BCD file: The BCD file itself might be damaged.
Hard drive issues: Problems with the hard drive or its sectors could lead to BCD corruption.
Software conflicts: Certain software or driver issues could also contribute to this error.
Troubleshooting and Solutions:
1. Bootable Media:
You'll need a bootable Windows installation media (USB drive or DVD) to access recovery tools.
2. Startup Repair:
Boot from the installation media and select "Repair your computer".
Choose "Troubleshoot" and then "Advanced options".
Select "Startup Repair" to attempt automatic repairs.
3. Command Prompt:
If Startup Repair fails, access the Command Prompt from the "Advanced options" menu.
Try the following commands:
bootrec /fixmbr (Fixes the Master Boot Record)
bootrec /fixboot (Fixes the boot sector)
bootrec /rebuildbcd (Scans for Windows installations and rebuilds the BCD)
4. System Restore:
If you have a system restore point, try restoring to a previous state.
5. Reinstall Windows:
If none of the above solutions work, you may need to reinstall Windows.
Backup your important data before reinstalling.
Additional Tips:
Check Hard Drive: Use a tool like CHKDSK to check for errors on your hard drive.
Disconnect Devices: Before attempting repairs, disconnect any unnecessary external devices.
Contact Manufacturer: If you are unable to resolve the issue, contact your PC manufacturer or a qualified technician.

I've told one of the experienced experts here, like Mr. Paul_Tikkanen.
If you need storage drivers for installation and other things, you can contact them.
For drivers after your Windows is installed, you can use Driver Easy Pro later.

Aaah, looks like I also have to make preparations to buy another Flashdisk for Windows installation...
My friend here also doesn't even have Windows 10 or 11 installed...
Actually, laptops can also be installed with Android OS, BLISS OS makes it. And that's also one of the things I haven't tried...
