HP Recommended

It's an HP laptop supposed to be Windows 11 but it's got 10 and 11 all over the machine I can't find anywhere that it's a dedicated 11.  believe it's a 64 bit about 6 months old. I bought it used from a friend that startled it and now settings won't open. I'm not sure about the notebook it's a laptop for sure

If you can get to a working desktop, press the WindowsKey +R and enter "winver"  -- that will display a Windows telling you the specific version of Windows that is running.
