Hello All,
I have an HP Pavilion with Wind. 7, and get "Warning: Unresponsive script" which stops all processing. Here is how it reads:
Heading is "Warning: Unresponsive script" then comes the text: "A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." Under is the next line:
"Script: chrome:/global/content/elements/notificationbox.js: 176." The next day the same message comes but the ending number is 335 and not 176. If I choose "Continue" or "Stop Script" result is same-nothing. YouTube videos offer help with this specific problem on Mozilla Firefox and say you can stop/disable the script feature. I tried going to the control panel to disable the feature on Mozilla Firefox and was told I didn't have permission to do that, but it is irrelevant because it happens on any browser.
Quite a problem. Can anyone help? Thanks.
