I have purchased an HP care pack that is registered to my device, however on the warranty checker page, it is showing expired. I tried raising warranty dispute but it gives Error 500. I tried to take it up with the social media team but have not recieved any response.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
