Does anyone have a link that works to dispute a warranty issue for my HP Envy Laptop? I purchased a three year care package March 16, 2025. The warranty on my dash board says expired.  That is true for the manufactures warranty. The "dispute warranty" link I have isn't working and says to try back later. It hasn't worked for two days. I have a driver missing and the number keys don't work so I am not sure online help will work for me. I think I need local help but can't do that without warranty information.  If I can't get it, I'm sure local help can't get it either.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry you're having trouble accessing your warranty information.
 

If you purchased an HP Care Pack on March 16, 2025, it is possible that the Care Pack has not been properly linked to your device in HP's systems, or there may be a delay or issue with the warranty status being displayed on your dashboard.
