Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

Hi

 

I opened a ticket to dispute my warranty length 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. It is impossible to follow up on the ticket which has not been updated. The VA is useless and sends me round in circles and I cannot find a contact number for HP

 

Despite having purchased the laptop as new it was the warranty has expired

 

Can someone help please
