Warranty issues

Today I called customer service with the intent to by a warranty for my laptop, the rep was having complications with his computer and my two different credit cards didn’t go threw. At this point the placed me on hold for a hour and 5 minutes never came back to say I can’t help you nothing. Then I got a completely different rep on the phone. I was prepared to purchase two warranties, now I I want nothing from Hp and I will tell my manager to take her business elsewhere due to poor customer service
