Warranty return

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Pavilion laptop will not boot up, does not have a removable battery. I tried all repair, troubleshooting, recovery, safe mode type methods, none work. How do I file a warranty claim to HP. For the life of me, I can't find the process.
