HP Notebook 14-dq1037wm

I bought a HP notebook at walmart, and the last week i went there to use the warranty i bought at that time, wich is a 3-year-long plan, but they told me i had to ask the HP support department in order to use the warranty, but i dont know how because now it says on my profile that the warranty has already expired.

As an aclaration, i bought this laptop in november, 2020 with the 3 year warranty plan at walmart, but it seems to me that the warranty is only valid at walmart (that would explain why it shows up as expired on the HP page), so i dont really know what to do because they want me to contact with HP, and wont offer me a solution.

From the HP Product Warranty Check results for your product, click Dispute this to display the Warranty validation form.

NOTE: If the dispute link does not display, the product might be a commercial product, which cannot be disputed online.

If prompted to upload the proof of purchase, click Choose File, and then double-click the proof of purchase file to upload it.

NOTE: Make sure the file does not exceed 2 MB and is an acceptable digital file format: .bmp, .doc, .docx, .gif, .jpg, .png, .pdf, or .zip.
