Product: HPLaserJet 200 color MFP M276nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We had new fiber optic cable installed by At&t on Thursday.  We checked one computer, ipad, and iphone.  All we connected.  My Leveno computer will not connect to the printer.  The code says offline.  I can print from the iphone, but not from the ipad or the Asis computer.

Your iPhone and iPad should be able to print  with Direct connect using HP Smart app. Your priter may NOT be able to connect to new service. Please treat this as new router and use the following instructions to fix:

   http://www8.hp.com/au/en/campaigns/wireless-printing-center/reconfiguring-system-help3.html

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.
