Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All of a sudden my web pages are not working properly. Example:  On pinterest when I pull up an item/article to view and go back to original page it does not scroll to where I left off. My chrome browser is set at continue where you left off. I have deleted google chrome browser and reinstalled. I have cleared cache and browser, cleaned my computer, reset to original defaults and nothing helped. I am tired of having to continually scroll back to where item was on web page. Using Windows 10 64 bit.

 

Thank you for any help you might be able to give in resolving this issue.

I understand that the Webpages not going back to where you left off.

 

Have you tried with a different browser?

 

Try creating a new user account on your computer.

 

Go to http://hp.care/2dWJKgW  and follow the steps to create a new user account.

 

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

 

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

 

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant. 
  2. Check for updates. 
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.  

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
