Hi everyone,
I'm managing a website for a local coffee shop https://7brewmenu.org, but I'm facing a strange issue: the site loads slowly or fails to open on my HP laptop running Windows 11. It works fine on mobile and other PCs.
I’ve cleared the cache and tried different browsers, but the issue still happens. Could this be a Windows or driver problem? Has anyone experienced website-specific loading issues like this on HP devices?

@heskie, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
1. Network Adapter or Driver Issues
Some websites stall or timeout while others work.
Update your network drivers.
Open Device Manager > Network Adapters > Right-click your Wi-Fi or Ethernet adapter > Update driver.
Also check HP’s support site for your exact laptop model for updated drivers.
2. DNS Issues
Your laptop might be using a DNS server that's having trouble resolving certain sites.
Try changing DNS to a public one like:
Google DNS: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
Cloudflare: 1.1.1.1
3. Antivirus or Firewall Blocking
Sometimes overzealous antivirus software (McAfee, Norton, etc.) can block or delay website loading.
Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall and test the site.
Also try adding https://7brewmenu.org to your firewall’s "allow" list.
4. Corrupted Local DNS Cache
Flush DNS:
Open Command Prompt as Admin > type: ipconfig /flushdns > Enter
I hope this helps.
Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
Take care and have a good day.
