No worries, I’ll guide you through how to find your model name so we can better assist you:
1. Check the Label on the Device:
Look for a sticker or label on:
The bottom of a laptop
The side or back of a desktop/tower
It should mention something like:
HP Pavilion 15-cs3006nr
HP Envy 700-216
Product Number (P/N) or Model Number
2. BIOS/Startup Screen (if accessible):
If your PC powers on but doesn’t boot, try this:
Turn the computer OFF completely
Power it ON, and immediately press the Esc key repeatedly (once every second)
If a menu appears, select System Information (F1) to see the model name
