Hi@Konko,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing Fan issues with the HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop PC. I see this Laptop PC already has the latest Bios version F.31.
I have a few recommendations
- Make sure the Windows and HP support assistant updates are up to date.
- Turn on the computer, and then immediately press F10 to enter BIOS.
- Under the Power tab, select Thermal. Figure : Select Thermal.
- Use the left and right arrows to set the fans minimum speed, and then press F10 to accept the changes.
- Also check in Control Panel Advanced power plan settings
- Changing the system cooling policy. Activating HP CoolSense.
- Setting Fan Always On in the BIOS.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi , thx for answering.
I hate to tell u that both of your suggestions weren't found on my device
1 .(Under the Power tab, select Thermal. Figure : Select Thermal.) I don't have such option named ( power)
2. the whole system cooling policy is not found in my power plan
😞
and I mean even if its an older bios its ok as long as I can control fans and CPU voltages and stuff

Hi@Konko,
Thank you for responding, I appreciate your time and effort.
I apologize for the inconvenience. It looks like there is no option in Bios on this model.
Check Using Windows Power Plan Settings
Select the power icon in the notification area and click "More power options." Click "Change plan settings," then "Change advanced power settings." In the Processor power management submenu, you will find the "System cooling policy" option, if your laptop is equipped with heat sensors.
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.
Have a great day!
