Product: Pavillion 15-n267sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I have a notebook bought in Ireland and the hard drive totally damaged. I replaced the HDD and need a clean install of the said OS but I need to know which to download for this specific model, shall go for plain 8.1 or 8.1 N or 8.1 Pro or 8.1 Pro N?

HP Recommended

Plain 8.1 should do the trick. The version that was installed at the factory is Windows Home version, not Pro.

 

The OS will activate automatically when you go online.
