I was trying to remove enough space to reset the computer. & I didn’t read the warnings about deleting the entire windows folder. Now I’m stuck & cant basically do anything.

Your machine probably only has 32GB of eMMC storage, you can't do much even run Windows updates. For Windows 10, you can use the following tool to rebuild your machine (you have to use a different computer from friends or relatives)
