I have 9 years old HP Pavillion G7 2010NR and I would like to upgrade some of the components on this Laptop. I would like to update the motherboard on this Laptop, update the CPU/GPU on this computer and also the cooling Fans because it is now making a load noise and it interferes with streaming live. I would like to know what can and cannot be upgraded. Because when I took it to the computer store for some advice, all I was told it could not be done. Well, this Laptop works well, just need a little upgrading. I am asking the community for advice on this matter. Thank you

I know you may not think so -- but @banhien gave you the BEST advice. Motherboards cost a fortune to replace, are nearly impossible to find, and do not provide any real gains in performance. The CPU and GPU are soldered to the mainboard and can not be replaced, and while the fan CAN, that will get you no gain in performance.
If your laptop has one of the old, slow 5400 RPM drives, you can get immediate improvement by replacing that with a SATA SSD -- but that is a lot of work.
What they told you at the computer store is correct.
