Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

idk what causes it to happen. It seems to correspond to a spike in cpu usage . the blue screen comes up and the message is to connect to an operating system bc it can't find it. I turn off the laptop and then turn it back on and it slowly reinstalls the operating system and then I have to run sfc and most of the time there are errors that get fixed and then a few days or a week or sometimes the next day it happens all over again. I've run every system diagnostic and repair I can find and they all say everything is ok. Please help

This nearly always means the primary drive is failing, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.
