hi,

i want to check if my battery is in the recall programme.

i have a HP Pav 15, i have two problems

1. i have tried the automated recall check but it says no battery found , pls use manual validation.

2. i do not have a barcode on my battery so i cannot enter the number to manually validate the batery.

 

pls help

HP participates in voluntary replacement programs for components or products that may cause functionality issues but are not related to a safety hazard.

Note:  please download the fully loaded battery validation utility that will install the required frameworks.
