Hello,

I'm currently having activated windows 7 starter with my sticker. I wanted to know if it's possilbe to upgrade to some newer version of Windows 7 or any other OS, and how I can do that.

Any software is for sale. You would have to buy a license for a higher level operating system and install. 

 

You can find Windows 7 Home Premium out there pretty inexpensive. 

 

I don't want to endorse any of these suppliers. There are lots of them out there:
