Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I try to talk customer care then it demands the 6 digit extension followed by the hash key and I don't have any hash key 
how can we communicate with customer care without  6 digit extension followed by the hash key

Looks like it is Normally your 6FS90PA#something but why 6, must be 7. HPSA should tell you. For example on my machines

 

       pro_name.png

 

Both of them have #ABG which is country code.
