Turn the computer On and keep tapping F2 repeatedly on startup to enter system diagnostics.

Once the computer is in system diagnostics, run a system test on your computer. Click here

If any of the tests fail, please contact our phone support team to check on the service options available for your computer.

If all the tests pass, shut down your computer.

Wait for a minute.

Turn the computer On and keep tapping F11 repeatedly on startup to enter HP Recovery Manager.

Select troubleshoot in recovery manager.

Then Advanced options and then Command prompt.

You might be prompted to enter the password of your computer.

Run below commands in command prompt.
