When I start my laptop it says www.hp.com/go/techcenter/startup and it states a problem with my fan

HP OMEN 15-dc1000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OMEN 15-dc1000 and this morning when starting my computer it said it has problems with the fan 90b or something like that and that it is dangerous to continue use like that, to see if it was true I started a heavy program for a second and only one fan works or sometimes both fail
