HP 14-dq0000 Laptop PC (56Z60AV)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, I bought this computer not too long ago, and from the day that I got it, it was being slow. I didn’t put much thought into it since I need it for school. At first it was slow and laggy. Then I played games on it and it was super slow, and it’s my computer.  My sister has the same computer, same model and year and I played games on hers and it ran smoothly. Then a bit later, I noticed the that there were times where I was working on my homework and there would be some flickering. But that’s not all, a little bit after about like 2 months ago my computer wouldn’t turn on, I pushed down on the power button and thought that it would turn on, at first I thought it was dead so, I plugged it in and it’s started the screen started to flicker, I left it opened and held down  the space button and it turned on, I didn’t think much of it, but last week the same thing happened and it wouldn’t turn on again, until somehow it did. Then today it did the same thing, so last week I tried to reset it all day and it would download the resetting and then it would say percentage done and then it would say “undoing changes” I’ve reset other computers so I know what I’m doing and it’s weird because this has never happened. After I try resetting it, it says “there was a problem resetting your PC” I’ve done everything to make it reset and it still doesn’t.
