I cannot log into my account. I’ve never changed my password, one day I went to log in and it stated my password was incorrect. I’ve tried restarting my laptop, turning it off, and resetting the password. Nothing has worked.

Do you use Microsoft account to logon ? If yes, please use Microsoft Account Recovery
