Hi:

There are a couple of things you can do...You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer...

1. Use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility...you will also need a 32 GB USB flash drive.

2. Clean install W10 by making bootable USB installation media with the media creation tool from the link below.

You will also need an 8 GB USB flash drive for this...

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Since the W10 product key is in your notebook's BIOS, you don't need it to install W10.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

OK, then your only other option would be to use the media creation tool, clean install W10, and install the drivers and software yourself after W10 has completed installing.

I tried the second way

If you used the media creation tool to clean install W10, I don't know why it would produce an error in recovery because you are not trying to recover windows.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to help you with this problem.

I googled the error code and found all of these related topics.

Maybe one of them will help you.
