Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-d6000 (B0ST0AV)

When downloading Windows 11, it kept getting stuck on downloading at 6%. So I contacted Microsoft Support and they fiddled with it.  I kept getting a BitLocker screen. Then when entering in my BitLocker recovery key and pressing enter to continue it takes me right back to the BitLocker screen to reenter in my recovery key. I contacted Microsoft Support again and we went through a bunch of things that didn't solve the problem. So they suggested I contact HP. But I'm on my work PC and can't download the contact thing for HP. I'm hoping someone can help me fix this problem in the HP community.
