HP Pavilion 15-n003sq
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just installed a fresh Windows 10 PRO OEM, fully updated.

I first noticed there is a problem after restarting Windows. It was a big delay from shutdown (power off) to restarting (starting off).

The biggest issue i face is that now i shutdown Windows 10 and seems to only shutdown the software but remains powered on. Meaning i have to manually press power button to shut down completely/power off.

When starting the computer, there are no error messages, meaning the software is properly shut down, but it remains powered on.

Hope this issue can be fixed.

On my Windows 8.1, that was installed previously, the laptop did shut down completely so the hardware is fine.

Thank you
