I have to replace the SSD in my Spectre X360. Where can I download an ISO file or other boot media to restore my computer? Creating a boot disk from my laptop is NOT possible.
When I visit the "Software and Drivers" page, it says there are no drivers or other software available for my device. This laptop is only 4 years old, I find it hard to believe there is no support available.
Thanks!

Hi:
Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

You will have to install the tool on another PC, and you need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media on.
Since you have to use the tool on another PC you will need to enter your PC's full product number in the tool's search window.
Your notebook's product number is 4WT85UA#ABA
