Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

I would like to download The HP Recovery media but on the HP consumer PCS obtaining PC Recovery USB drives or disk web page the create your own recovery Media Link is not working. When I click the plus button I drop down menu appears with one selection available HP PCS creating and using a Microsoft Recovery USB drive Windows 10 is not bringing up any ability to download any software I already have a Windows recovery USB but I need to reinstall the HP bios and operating system and any help to do that would be very much appreciated.

The product number you posted, 2E2L0AV covers a wide range of 15-ee1xxx notebooks with individual model numbers and product numbers.

The first thing to do is to find the product number for your actual model notebook, let me know what it is, and we'll go from there.

Hopefully your notebook's product number is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
