My problems may be deeper than a simple BIOS issue. The main board or a drive may have failed as well. After 13 years of use with this Pavilion dv7 and 13 years of use on another Pavilion dv7 (it died last year,) it is time to buy a new laptop,

My HP Pavilion dv7-4300 Entertainment Notebook is out of support by HP. I need to recover the BIOS so I can continue to use my laptop. Does anyone know where I can download the BIOS update utility?
