Hi,
The original version of Windows 10 on your PC is Windows 10 Home 64-bit
You can download the iso file or create a bootable USB drive directly from Microsoft. You will need to do this on a working computer. Download the media creation tool on PC, run and choose to install on different computer. It will give you the option to download iso or create pendrive:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Windows will automatically activate once installed and connected to internet (no product key needed). Once installed let it completely update and find all or most drivers. You can follow this process by going into settings "Security and updates" click on verify for updates. This can take some time and a few reboots. If at the end you are missing any drivers, you can find in driver and software HP support page for your model:
Let me know if you need further help,
David
