I want to purchase a set of HP Recovery Discs, but cannot find a place to purchase them. Does anybody know where to find them?

HP provides a Cloud Recovery Tool app that downloads the correct recovery image and writes it to a USB drive instead of physical discs.
This is free but model‑specific; from windows you can create recovery usb if you model is listed in it.  You can download it from Microsoft Store or hp driver page of your laptop.

I Downloaded the hp cloud recovery tool. But I cannot get it to run on my pcs. I have tried a Windows 7, 2 windows 10, a Windows 8 and a Windows 11. It won't run in any of it.

I am giving it the administrative rights and permissions , but it still won't work.

What do I have to do to get that recovery tool to work? The laptop that i'm trying to recover has lost its operating system so I can't run it on that.

It should work on windows 10/11. If not working then you can also just use Microsoft windows iso and create bootable usb using. After installation, run windows update and it will automatically install all drivers. As for hp apps, visit hp driver page of your laptop if needed.
