I'm trying to find drivers for my laptop - 17-by3003cy.

The product page, https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-17-by3000-laptop-pc-series/model/37884489 says no drivers available.

It was suggested that this is due to age of the product, however, a number of definitively older laptops (17-by0000 series, for example) have drivers available.

Please help me!

@Dell-is-better,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

I see what you mean, and I also couldn't find any BIOS/drivers for your HP Laptop 17-by3000 series.

Not the first time something like that has happened: Solved: need to downloda a bios - HP Support Community - 9551817.

Perhaps @Kuroi_Kenshi (HP Support Agent) can assist you.

I agree with you: the HP Laptop 17-by3000 series BIOS/drivers information should be available online, no question about that.  Why HP allowed this to lapse, is yet another mystery.

Kind Regards,

Just run windows update, it will automatically install all drivers.

@Venom21,

Actually, no -unfortunately, it isn't that straightforward.  Many HP users are waiting for a specific TPM BIOS update that would allow them to play certain modern games that depends on a new TPM software requirement.

HP has been slow in providing this update for many of its HP (gaming) desktop models.

@NonSequitur777

I am telling him about basic drivers like Wifi, bluetooth, etc.
