Product: 15-ab100ns

Where can I find the BIOS and drivers for this old laptop?  the model is 15-ab100ns and hp deleted all the drivers and bios in the support area. 

Updating windows 10 the laptop shutdown and i cant access to recovery, i received a message ACPI BIOS ERROR, I have tried all the available solutions, including reinstalling, but I still can't do anything, it keeps giving me a BIOS error.
