Product: HP stream 11 with Windows 8.1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I've been jerked around for the past two days trying to find the ISO files for this stupid OS, and I swear HP customer service can bite me, I have to pay to get customer service on a product that's two years old? I hope you go out of business. Ranting aside, is there any helpful man, woman, child, dog, or messiah that can send me the ISO files for windows 8.1 with bing? I have the IMG files but the notebook doesn't have a CD tray. Thanks guys sorry for the rant.

Otherwise, you will need to order recovery media, which you should be able to do from your specific model's support page under the windows 8.1 driver section.

Sadly that's an IMG file, and I already have it through the same source, any ideas? Could I somehow make a bootable USB with the IMG file?

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.
