Hey! I have an Envy 17-k153nr laptop. I have replaced the hard drive. I want to install the original / factory system. I haven't done a backup. Where can I find the original ISO for my model? Sorry for my English))))

 Hey! Installed clean windows 10. Installed HP Cloud Recovery Tool. If you manually enter a product code, the result appears PRODUCT ID DOES NOT MATCH OR IS INCORRECT, PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT.

I recommend you contact support and they will ship you the recovery media for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
