Hi:
You can order a recovery kit for your notebook at the link below...
If you don't mind doing a little extra work, you can reinstall W10 for free as follows...
To reinstall W10...Use the Media Creation Tool. Make the 64 bit installation media.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
You can make a W10 USB flash drive installer using an 8 GB flash drive using another Windows PC, if your PC is not working.
If you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.
Here are the steps to create the W10 USB flash drive installer...
- Select Download tool now, and select Run.
- If you agree to the license terms, select Accept.
- On the What do you want to do? page, select Create installation media for another PC, and then select Next.
Select the language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit) for Windows 10. You want 64 bit.
- Select which media you want to use:
- USB flash drive. Plug in a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
You can also save the W10 ISO file instead of making the bootable USB flash drive installer, and burn it to a DVD using the tool I zipped up and attached below if you would rather use a DVD to reinstall W10.
Then you can reinstall the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.

MY HP does not have my original serial# or product # correct. They were the ones to identify it over the computer and it doesn't match my original #'s. The #'s on the original box are as follows:
Serial #: [edit]. Product #: N9E13UA#ABA . Also do I get the all the original perks that came with it if I just download it?

Hi:
The product number you posted, matches the 17-G121WM model.
http://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=N9E13UA
So, you can either order the official HP recovery media from the link I posted, or make your own.
If you make your own installation media, it will not have every program that originally came with your PC.
You can look at the support page driver links I posted and see what software you can install.
