HP OmniBook Ultra Flip 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop Next Gen AI PC 14-fh0000 (9F2C2AV)

Hello,

i did a clean install of my Laptop because of upgrading to WIndows 11 Pro

Now i am missing the "control center" App from HP, where i do all the settings for touchpad, hotkey configuration, screen adjustment, sensor settings...

Where can i download the preinstalled setting apps?

Usually all the missing software can be found here.  Unfortunately some products are specific to your model.

Instead of a Clean Install of Windows 11 PRO, you should have done a factory restore

HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10 and 11)

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP.  It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.

Download tool here  Microsoft Store

If the factory restore provided only windows 11 home or Windows 10 then you can do an in-place upgrade to 11 pro.
You put the USB with the newer version in the laptop and browse and run "setup.exe" on the USB.

Hi, thanks for reply.

The problem is that I only have a Windows 11 Pro N Key from my community organization claimed over TechSoup. And a "N" key didnt't work for upgrading from the preinstalled 11 Home. Or is there a possibility i didn't recognize?

I do not know if it will work, but try the following.  You will have to put the original 11 home back in.

Go to the Windows 11 ISO download site and download the multi-version that that has PRO N

Follow instructions here but select the PRO N for the USB flash drive (8gb or more)

Do not boot the USB.  Instead put the USB in a port and find and run "setup"

You might ask over at microsoft for help.

Please let me know if it works!
