Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I had to reinstall windows 10 on a new hard drive after the last one died.  I want to install HP Command Centre and think it should be available on Windows Store but I cannot see it although others says it has been there.  I'm in UK if that affects its availability but I did try changing my location in windows to USA.

 

So where can I get HP Command Centre please?  The laptop gets very hot and so this is very necessary.

Thanks. Very weird it didnt appear in windows store before.  Now able to keep cooler for the summer!
