Hi! i have recently bought a used HP TPN-C125 Laptop and I have wanted to reset it to factory settings but i could not get my hands on HP's recovery software. The Hp Cloud Recovery Tool does not recognize my part number. I need to download Windows 10 or Windows 11 Recovery media to create a usb but the media download is no ware to be found.

Hi:
Your PC is too old to have been supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
Maybe HP used to sell recovery media for your notebook a while ago, but not anymore.
They usually quit selling recovery media after 3 years or so after the model series was released.
You can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
HP Notebook - 15-ac677ng (ENERGY STAR) Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
The W10 Home product key is encrypted in your notebook's BIOS.
You will not need the product key to reinstall W10.

Hi!
I do not want to reinstall using media creation tool because i need the preinstalled software like mcafee livesafe , etc.
Is there a way I can get my hands on the original recovery media or recovery partition?
Thanks.
