Where do I repair my laptop?

My laptop was damaged by liquid. Where can I send it to have it repaired? (Warranty hasn't expired yet)

The manufacturer's warranty covers manufacturing defects -- NOT accidental damage.

You need to check with HP before sending it anywhere, since we are not allows to confirm warranty coverage.  Don't be surprised if they tell you that the liquid damage is NOT covered.
