Product: HP 17 Laptop PC 17-cp3000 (799U9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought a new laptop together with a 3 year care pack online via the HP store. I've got my laptop, but no information on the 3 year care pack. All I can see is the standard 12 month warranty. Does anyone know how to find my care pack information?

Please wait or call HP directly for update. HPSA should show all information for your machine. For example
