Product: HP EliteBook Folio 1040 G2 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Despite numerous help desk calls I’ve not been able to determine the feature byte code so I can transfer it to a new motherboard. HP have deemed only they can enter codes to unbranded genuine HP motherboards but they will sort the issue out for over £450. Thanks HP. I really appreciate your support. As well as the elite book, I run a ZBook for my business and to be frank, I am so disappointed I doubt if I can recommend HP to my colleagues or clients. At renewal time, I will look towards other suppliers as well as HP…..support ranking will be a major determinate when selecting new IT equipment.
