Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer did not shut down correctly so I tried in recovery to shut it down properly so when it started back up it told me please install an operating system  on your hard disk so when I went to try to do that or to try to look at what's wrong it says hard disk - open parentheses 3F 0 ) f2 system diagnostics for more information please visit the HP address okay so when I do that it tells me that I do not have a hard drive I have no operating system where did it go I opened up the laptop like the computers told me to do and step by step to see what's wrong maybe a wire is loose there is no hard drive inside my 3 week old HP laptop
