I ran HP diagnostics and got a failure ID code. It says, Use then when contacting HP support. On the HP support diagnostics code website https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/pc-diags.html , there is a link to "Failure ID Code" but this link is broken. Anywhere else I can look for help with my specific failure ID code?

Just today, I plugged in my charger. The light next to the adapter turned solid white, but the computer doesn't recognize it as charging. Now my battery is slowly draining, and I'm not sure how to get a charge into it. I have 2 adapter cords that have both worked well, and now both of them are not working.
I have tried a hard reset with pulling out the battery. No luck.
My HP diagnostics are giving me the Failure Code 90E431-976A80-XD7W3G-C19603 if that helps.

Hi:
We are no longer allowed to distribute that link because it provides the PC's serial number, and HP is taking a stronger position regarding privacy issues such as with helping folks to remove passwords and whatnot, which used to be permitted. A serial number from a PC still under warranty can be used to submit fraudulent warranty claims, for example.
Here is the report generated by the failure ID code you posted, minus the serial number of your notebook.
90E431-976A80-XD7W3G-C19603 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 9/12/20 | 605 | Power | AC Adaptor, Battery, Cache Battery Pack, Charger, Power Cord, Power Supply | AC Adapter Error |
You may need to replace the power adapter.
